Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our Freight Forwarding and Logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified professionals for various positions across freight forwarding, customs clearance, shipping, supply chain, warehousing, customer service, and operations departments. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of logistics industry roles and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, and Supply Chain positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads to finalize job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined turnaround times.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche logistics positions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws during the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
- Participate in job fairs, campus hiring programs, and industry networking events when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain industry.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding operations, import/export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics functions will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals, ATS systems, and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
