Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Admin Executive to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, be willing to handle field responsibilities, and support day-to-day office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities.
- Handle office maintenance and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Procure office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Handle courier, document, and asset management.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
- Support employee onboarding with administrative requirements.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
- Visit banks, government offices, and vendors for official work as required.
- Maintain administrative records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in administration.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for official field visits.
