About the Role:
Cookie Man is on the lookout for a multi-talented designer to bring our brand to life through impactful retail spaces and standout packaging. From kiosks and stores to gift boxes and tins, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers experience Cookie Man — visually and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design functional, visually appealing kiosks and retail outlets across India. Should have in-depth knowledge of 3ds Max and Autocad (Minimum 4 years of experience).
· Should be able to understand floor plans and design kiosks and outlets and give us 2d and 3d variations of the same.
· Create detailed architectural layouts and 3D models using AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
· Develop immersive design concepts that align with brand guidelines.
· Design packaging for mono cartons, gift boxes, tins, and other formats.
· Ensure packaging designs are print-ready and meet production specifications.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and vendors for seamless execution.
· Produce high-quality visuals and walkthroughs for internal/external presentations.
· Create digital design assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
· Edit product and promo videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in retail/outlet design and packaging design.
· Proven experience in designing packaging for FMCG or premium products.
· Expertise in AutoCAD (4 years minimum), 3ds Max (4 years minimum), Photoshop (3 years minimum), Illustrator (3 years minimum), and Adobe Premiere Pro (2 years minimum)
· Strong understanding of spatial design, branding, and visual storytelling.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
· Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating kiosk/outlet design and packaging work is a must.
