About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Sales Team Leader to manage our Customer Support and Telecalling Sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to improve team performance, drive sales conversions, ensure excellent customer experience, and provide data-driven insights to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and customer support teams.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews and coaching.
- Improve lead conversion, follow-ups, upselling, and overall sales productivity.
- Conduct call audits and provide continuous training and feedback.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and dashboards for management.
- Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience leading a sales or customer support team.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales, etc.).
- Familiarity with telecalling systems like Exotel, Knowlarity, MyOperator, or similar.
- Ability to create and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity.

- Actionable weekly reports that help the CEO identify top performers, coaching opportunities, and business trends.
