Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a Front Office Associate with a background in BHM / Hotel Management to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, well-groomed, and capable of delivering excellent guest service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room allocations
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Ensure front desk operations run smoothly at all times
Qualification :
- BHM / Hotel Management background preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systems is a plus
Skills :
- Strong customer service skills
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
