Role Overview
As a Telesales Agent, you will connect with potential participants who have shown interest in BeastDrive and guide them toward completing their registration.
Your role is to engage, explain, and convert—turning interest into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with interested (warm) leads
- Explain BeastDrive events, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to register
- Handle objections and close sales confidently
- Follow up regularly to maximize conversions
- Maintain call records and update CRM/tools
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
Requirements
- Ability to speak and understand at least one language:
- Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada (mandatory)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people over calls
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)What You Get
