We are looking for an experienced CNC / VMC Operator to join our Tool Room & R&D team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in plastic injection molds and blow molds. The role involves machining mold parts, operating CNC and VMC machines, and maintaining high machining accuracy.
Operate VMC Milling Machine and CNC Lathe Machine.
Machine mold parts as per drawings and job requirements.
Complete jobs within the given timeline.
Perform basic pre-machining and job clamping on conventional machines.
Maintain daily work records and update the system.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing raw materials, molds, and mold parts.
Follow safety rules and maintain 5S standards in the tool room.
Good knowledge of CNC Lathe and VMC Milling Machine operation.
Good knowledge of CNC programming.
Ability to read and understand 2D engineering drawings.
Experience in machining mold parts such as Cavity, Core, Neck Piece, Guide Bush, Guide Pillar, Core Rods, and Back Plates.
Good knowledge of Injection Molds, Extrusion Blow Molds, Injection Blow Molds, and Injection Stretch Blow Molds.
Good knowledge of mold materials such as Stavax, Alumec, Beryllium Copper, EN31, and EN18.
Good understanding of machining accuracy and precision.
Ability to maintain daily work records.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Candidates from Plastic, Polymer, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Plastic Packaging, PET Bottle Manufacturing, or Tool Room industries will be preferred.
