Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing and supervising Water Supply Schemes (WSS), Underground Drainage (UGD) projects, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and other civil infrastructure works. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, quality control, billing, estimation, and coordination with clients and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise Water Supply Scheme (WSS) projects.
- Manage the construction and execution of Water Treatment Plants (WTPs).
- Supervise lowering, laying, testing, and commissioning of water supply pipelines.
- Execute Underground Drainage (UGD) projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise the construction of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs).
- Monitor lowering, laying, testing, and commissioning of sewerage pipelines.
- Ensure quality execution of RCC works, including foundations, retaining structures, tanks, chambers, and other civil structures.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant IS codes.
- Perform material testing and maintain quality control documentation.
- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Prepare quantity estimates, cost estimates, and rate analysis for project execution.
- Supervise construction of Elevated Service Reservoirs (ESRs).
- Coordinate civil activities related to electro-mechanical installations in WTPs and STPs.
- Prepare and verify client bills, RA bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain project documentation, measurement books (MB), DPRs, and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in water supply, sewerage, and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in Government, Municipal Corporation, MIDC, MJP, Smart City, or similar infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Water Supply Schemes (WSS) and Underground Drainage (UGD) projects.
- Experience in WTP, STP, ESR, and pipeline construction.
- Sound knowledge of RCC construction and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Rate Analysis.
- Knowledge of Material Testing and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation.
- Understanding of electro-mechanical systems associated with WTPs and STPs.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling government infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, CPWD/PWD specifications, and tender documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead site engineers and subcontractors effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹46,090.55 per month
