We are looking for a skilled and proactive Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, sourcing materials, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices while meeting project requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction, interior fit-out and project-related materials.
- Source, evaluate and develop vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order execution.
- Coordinate with project, site and stores teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Track material requirements and procurement schedules to avoid project delays.
- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records and procurement documentation.
- Ensure quality standards and specifications are met during procurement.
