Procurement Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Register and maintain records of all customer enquiries received.
- Review enquiry requirements and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or manufacturing facilities for technical and commercial inputs.
- Obtain pricing, specifications, and other relevant information from vendors and factories.
- Prepare and submit accurate commercial quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and lead times.
- Verify and communicate payment terms, commercial conditions, and other contractual requirements.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely responses to enquiries.
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, and supplier communications.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.
- Support procurement and sourcing activities to achieve timely and competitive quotations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and procurement activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of commercial terms, delivery schedules, and quotation preparation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
