Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Calibration Engineer to lead our aerospace calibration and inspection operations. The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience, a deep understanding of international quality standards (ISO 17025, AS9100), and strong leadership capabilities to manage a team and ensure the highest levels of precision and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Calibration & Standards Compliance
- Process Execution: Manage and execute the end-to-end calibration process for a wide range of aerospace inspection test equipment, gauges, instruments, and fixtures.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure all laboratory and calibration practices strictly comply with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Quality Management: Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9100 (Aerospace Quality System) requirements.
Metrology & Quality Engineering
- Core Quality Tools: Apply MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) and Gage R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) studies to evaluate and validate measurement systems.
- Statistical Control: Utilize SPC (Statistical Process Control) to monitor process stability and analyze calibration data trends.
- Technical Print Interpretation: Apply a strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to interpret aerospace engineering drawings and define inspection criteria.
Leadership & Problem Solving
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of calibration technicians and inspectors, ensuring efficient workload distribution and skill development.
- Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot calibration failures and measurement discrepancies using structured Problem-Solving Tools & Techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
