1. ROLE SUMMARY:
Responsible of Marketing functions at OCPL.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key responsibilities of Marketing would include, but are not limited to the following:
Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and
advertising strategies, plans and objectives.
Planning and organising promotional activities.
Preparing and submitting marketing reports.
Supporting by providing Market trends and new product information etc.
Delivering tasks on time within budgets that meets and hopefully exceeds expectations.
Keeping track on spend and income.
Assist team with day to day tasks related to advertising assets such as Posters, Print ads
and Digital ads.
New Product Development and Launch.
Liaise with Media and Advertising
Vendor Management (Pan India)
Engage with vendors to obtain cost estimates, Manage timelines and ensure quality of
the final products
Sub Handing Social Media
Coordinating with the digital agency on all brand campaigns
Creating campaigns for brand promotion and collaborating with the agency for setting
monthly digital marketing calendars.
Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies.
Handling multiple brands and work quickly without sacrificing quality in a deadline
driven environment.
Branding plan for all outlets
Creating BTL plan along with the sales team for setting monthly activity.
Creating Creative’s on your own when it’s needed on priority.

4. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
M.B.A. / PG Dip in Marketing
5+ years of experience in FMCG/F&B / Retail industry
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
