Key Responsibilities
1. Presentation Design & Development
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations for client engagements, proposals, and internal reports
- Convert raw data, ideas, and documents into impactful slides
- Ensure clarity, storytelling flow, and visual consistency in all presentations
- Apply branding guidelines and maintain high visual standards
2. Data Visualization & Storytelling
- Translate complex data into easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and infographics
- Structure presentations to tell a clear and logical business story
- Simplify technical and financial content for diverse audiences
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work with consultants, analysts, and senior stakeholders to understand requirements
- Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on presentation drafts
- Manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
4. Quality Control
- Review deliverables for formatting consistency, grammar, and accuracy
- Ensure slides are client-ready and aligned with Nexdigm standards
- Maintain version control and documentation
Skills & Competencies Required
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau – optional but preferred)
- Basic understanding of business/financial concepts
Design Skills
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean, professional, consulting-style slides
- Experience with infographics and icons
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and storytelling ability
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, BA, or relevant field)
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interest in consulting, business communication, or design
