Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Project Management HR Operations In this role you will be responsible for project management in the HR operations and you should have a mix of domain expertise manufacturing industry knowledge and strong facilitation skills to effectively lead projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teams have access to the right information at the right time driving efficiency and innovation across the organization Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Scope Management - Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets. - Identify project scope and manage scope changes as necessary. - Project Execution & Monitoring - Oversee project execution including transitions monitor progress and address obstacles. - Track project milestones budgets and schedules. - Perform quality control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. - Foresee assess communicate and mitigate project & process risks to impacted parties - Stakeholder Communication - Provide regular updates on project status risks and outcomes. - Manage stakeholder expectations and address changes promptly. - Reporting & Documentation - Prepare and maintain service review packs own and track actionable - Document project progress issues and achievements. - Prepare and present project reports and post-project reviews for continuous improvement. - Be responsible for transition report outs and tracking of transition deliverables co-lead Go live and hyper care calls with operations
