We are looking for an HR Manager from hospitality, wellness, or service-led background who understands
that great customer experiences are built on strong, motivated, and well-supported teams. You will closely
work with leaders to manage hiring the first set of team members to building culture, systems, everyday
people practices and create a workplace where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of what they
build together.
Expected Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for all roles including frontline staff, instructors, operations, and support
teams.
- Design and execute onboarding experiences that set the tone for culture and service excellence.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention in a service-oriented setup.
- Establish simple, fair and actionable performance and feedback practices.
- Set up and manage HR systems, leave & attendance management and shift alignments.
- Ability to bring discipline without losing warmth.
- Strong instinct for people experience, service quality, and culture building
- Someone who enjoys being on the floor, close to teams, and dealing with on-ground people
challenges.
Expected Skills:
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Post Graduate in HR or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience, with strong preference for candidates from hospitality, hotels, wellness,
aviation, or service industry environments.
- Strong on-ground HR experience, accessible, and involved in daily operations.
- A natural service mindset someone who understands employee experience drives customer
experience.
- Ability to handle frontline workforce dynamics, including shifts, high interaction roles, and fast-paced
environments.
- High ownership and execution focus, someone who can build and run simultaneously.
- Understanding of HR operations, compliance, labour practices w.r.t hospitality setups.
- Structured, practical, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
Pay: ₹596,720.35 - ₹1,967,951.44 per year
