We are looking for a disciplined and active Office Assistant to join our Accounts Department at our Chennai Head Office. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative finance tasks, documentation, and outdoor bank-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Data Entry: Accurately entering invoices and daily financial details into the system/Tally.
- Documentation: High-speed scanning, printing, and organized filing of account vouchers and project documents.
- Banking Operations: Physically visiting banks for document submission, cheque deposits, and collecting bank statements.
- Office Support: Coordinating with the accounts team for GST documentation and audit preparation.
- General Tasks: Handling courier receipts and maintaining the physical archives of the finance department.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Degree (B.Com preferred) or Diploma.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word). Knowledge of Tally is a plus.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome).
- Language: Fluency in Tamil; basic understanding of English for documentation.
