Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspection
- Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, GHP, and SOPs in the facility
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards
- Perform routine quality checks, sampling, and documentation
- Handle non-conformance and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain records related to quality audits and inspections
- Conduct internal audits and assist during external audits
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the factory and stores
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for quality improvement
- Provide training to staff on quality and food safety practices
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic knowledge of microbiological testing (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Dairy Technology or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC in food industry (Freshers can be considered for junior roles)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
