Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining our courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain company products, services, and course offerings clearly.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer details.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/admissions team.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update customer information in CRM or spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Plus Two (Higher Secondary) qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling or customer support experience is preferred.
