Job Summary:
The Outreach & Admissions Manager will be responsible for driving student recruitment and managing outreach activities . The role involves building relationships with schools, educational institutions, and stakeholders to promote programs, generate leads, and support the admissions process from inquiry to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educational partners across region.
- Plan and conduct outreach activities such as school visits, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain a strong network with counsellors, principals, and education consultants.
Admissions & Student Engagement
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process including inquiry handling, counselling, and application guidance.
- Provide prospective students and parents with detailed information about programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and admission interviews where required.

Generation & Conversion
- Generate leads through outreach activities, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update prospective student data in CRM systems.
- Track lead conversion and admissions performance against targets. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing and academic teams to support recruitment initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and admissions performance.
- Analyse trends and recommend strategies to improve enrolment numbers. Page 2 of 2
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, or education marketing.
- Experience working with schools and education networks in the given region is preferred.
