Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and growth-oriented professional to lead and strengthen our Accounts & Finance Department.
We are seeking someone who can do more than manage accounts — a professional who can build systems, improve financial planning, streamline operations, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance Department
- Develop and implement structured financial and operational systems
- Budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost analysis
- MIS reporting and business performance tracking
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Improve internal controls and workflow efficiency
- Supervise accounting operations, billing, GST, Tally, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with management for strategic and operational planning
- Develop reporting, documentation, and monitoring systems across departments
- Ensure smooth financial and operational processes
Requirements:
- Experience in Accounts, Finance, Budgeting, or Operations Management
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities with ownership and accountability
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, seed, or operational industries will be preferred
