We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer interactions and drive sales for BookTheSurprise — a platform that offers surprise parties, unique gifts, candlelight dinners, and memorable experiences.
The candidate will handle customer calls, chats, and inquiries, and convert them into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Respond to queries via:
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp
- Live chat
- Explain services (surprise gifts, events, experiences) clearly
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the best options
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Follow up with leads and maintain records
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
