Job Title: Commis I – Chinese Cuisine (F&B Production)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commis I – Chinese Cuisine to assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes while maintaining quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and support daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Minimize food wastage and follow food safety standards.
- Assist during busy service periods to ensure timely food preparation.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
