Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and allied industries.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, customer referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Conduct customer visits to understand technical requirements and manufacturing needs.
- Promote the company's range of pharmaceutical machinery and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals in coordination with the engineering and commercial teams.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with design, production, project, and service departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Monitor order progress and provide customers with regular updates regarding manufacturing and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate after-sales support to ensure prompt resolution.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, industry seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, pipeline reports, visit reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the pharmaceutical equipment sector.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or ERP systems.
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
