What You'll Do
You'll own three things, end-to-end:
- Social media management — Plan, schedule, and publish across Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram. Track what's working, kill what isn't. Engage with the community in comments and DMs.
- Video creation — Shoot, edit, and ship Reels and short-form content. You don't need to be a Premiere Pro wizard, but you should be confident on camera (or behind it) and have a good eye for what makes traders stop scrolling.
- Course applicant conversations — Handle inbound queries from people interested in our coaching program. Answer their questions, explain the offering, build trust, and convert serious learners into students.
Must-Haves
- Based in Gurgaon — this is an in-person role, no remote.
- You understand financial markets — specifically Indian equities and F&O. You should know what Nifty options are, what an expiry day means, and why a chart pattern matters. We're not teaching you trading basics.
- Strong communication — clear, confident, and persuasive in both English and Hindi. You can explain a trade setup in a Reel script and answer a parent's "is this safe?" question on a sales call with equal ease.
- Self-starter mindset — we don't micromanage. If you need a checklist for every task, this isn't for you.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience as a trader, finance creator, or in a coaching/edtech business
- Comfort with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Familiarity with SEBI's finfluencer guidelines
- Existing presence on social media (any niche)
