We are hiring results-driven Performance Growth Strategists to join our team and help clients scale revenue through data-driven paid acquisition strategies.
As a Performance Growth Strategist, you will own the complete paid acquisition engine across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to drive measurable business growth by optimizing campaigns, improving conversion performance, and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Unlike traditional marketing roles, success in this position is measured by pipeline growth, booked revenue, and business outcomes rather than clicks, impressions, or vanity metrics. You will leverage Redtie, our AI-powered attribution platform, to connect advertising spend directly to revenue outcomes and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, keyword structures, and campaign performance.
- Configure and manage conversion tracking, attribution systems, and revenue reporting.
- Utilize Redtie attribution data to connect ad spend directly to booked revenue outcomes.
- Implement Conversion API (CAPI), offline conversion tracking, and server-side attribution where applicable.
- Develop and execute structured testing strategies for audiences, offers, messaging, and creative assets.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Monitor cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and revenue metrics.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test high-performing campaign concepts.
- Produce clear performance reports focused on business impact and revenue generation.
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on at least two platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business growth through paid acquisition.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and direct-response advertising.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for revenue outcomes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Experience designing, executing, and evaluating controlled marketing experiments.
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels, customer acquisition costs, attribution, CPA, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience implementing Conversion API (CAPI) and server-side tracking solutions.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Familiarity with Stripe, e-commerce platforms, or revenue attribution systems.
- Experience working in multi-client agency environments.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integrations.
- Experience using AI-driven marketing and attribution platforms.
