Reception & Customer Service
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and travel partners professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding travel services, itineraries, bookings, and company information.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Administrative Support
- Manage office correspondence and documentation.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Organize and file company records, contracts, and travel documents.
- Assist with data entry and report preparation.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with sales, operations, reservations, and accounts teams.
- Communicate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other vendors when required.
- Support travel coordinators with guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Ensure timely sharing of information among departments.
Booking & Travel Support
- Assist in preparing travel vouchers, itineraries, and confirmation letters.
- Monitor booking confirmations and maintain accurate records.
- Help resolve client concerns and service-related issues promptly.
Office Management
- Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment.
- Coordinate courier services, mail handling, and office maintenance activities.
- Support management during events, meetings, and familiarization trips.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, hospitality, travel, or customer service roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
