Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Representative to serve as the voice of our company and provide exceptional service across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibility Area:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone calls, emails, live chats, messages, and comments across all sales platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant departments while ensuring the customer is kept informed of the progress.
- Monitor and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable product based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
- Inform customers about new product launches, upcoming promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Encourage and manage product reviews from customers and respond to feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Qualification and Skills:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in a customer care or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong fluency in English and a passion for customer service are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with difficult customers or stressful situations.
- Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
