Job Overview
Shree Bafna Public School is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and qualified PGT Physics teacher to lead higher secondary students (Classes 11 and 12). The ideal candidate will have a deep mastery of Physics concepts, strong pedagogical skills, and the ability to prepare students for both CBSE board examinations and competitive entrance exams (JEE/NEET foundation).
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach Physics to senior secondary classes following the prescribed curriculum, ensuring conceptual clarity and academic excellence.
- Practical Laboratory Training: Conduct regular physics lab practicals, ensuring safety protocols and fostering experimental learning.
- Assessment & Feedback: Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and test papers; evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Student Mentorship: Monitor individual student progress, identify learning gaps, and offer remedial support.
- School Engagement: Participate actively in school events, faculty meetings, science exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: Master’s Degree in Physics (M.Sc Physics) from a recognized university. B.Ed is mandatory.
- Experience: 2+ years of teaching Physics to higher secondary classes (CBSE/State Board) preferred. Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge may also apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication in English/Hindi, strong classroom management, and proficiency in digital teaching tools/smartboards.
