Position: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance users.
- Configure and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules.
- Work on Finance modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- iExpense
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scripts.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, and user training sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and customizations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
Work with business users to improve finance processes and system efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Understanding of accounting concepts and financial processes.
- Experience in implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or support projects.
- Ability to create functional specifications and perform testing.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, MBA Finance, CA, ICWA, or related field.
Oracle EBS Finance certification is an added advantage.

Key Requirements

3+ years of Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash
