Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard construction projects from builders, developers, individual clients, and commercial customers.
- Utilize existing industry contacts and self-generated leads to acquire projects on an immediate basis.
- Conduct continuous lead generation through field visits, networking, references, and market research.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their construction requirements, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate consultants, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
- Ensure regular client follow-ups, site visits, and meetings to maximize project conversions.
- Achieve monthly business acquisition targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams for project discussions and handover.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales / marketing / lead generation
- Open to candidates from any industry with relevant field experience
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving licence
- Good geographical knowledge of Bhubaneswar and nearby areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field work
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
