We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained as per company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work assignments to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments regarding room status and maintenance issues.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
