We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible professional who can manage sales coordination along with commercial and accounts-related activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling quotations, PI/PO processing, dispatch coordination, shipping documents, Tally, invoicing, and customer communication. The role requires good coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, sales coordination, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices.
- Manage dispatch planning and coordinate with transport/courier partners.
- Prepare and maintain shipping and dispatch documents.
- Work on Tally for accounting entries, billing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain records of orders, payments, dispatches, and inventory.
- Support GST-related documentation and routine office accounts work.
- Ensure timely processing of orders and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of commercial records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Experience in sales coordination, accounts, dispatch, or commercial operations.
- Understanding of PI, PO, invoicing, dispatches, and shipping documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting procedures preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
