We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our garment and ethnic wear team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Assist customers with product details, sizing, fabric information, pricing, and order placement.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Track orders and update customers on delivery status.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Process exchanges and returns according to company policies.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Good English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email).
- Experience in customer support or the garment/retail industry is preferred.
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
