We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Lead Generation / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel activities through outbound efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, proactive outreach, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to potential prospects
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling and outreach
- Conduct multi-channel prospecting via:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- Research and extract data using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Redrob, etc.
- Build and maintain a clean and updated lead database/CRM
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify opportunities for the sales team
- Set up meetings/demos for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads
- Maintain daily activity reports (calls, connects, leads generated, meetings booked)
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling / lead generation / inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High confidence in making cold calls and handling objections
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email communication
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in daily activity tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
