Application Development & Delivery

Looking for 6-8 years of techno functional team members having experience in Implementation and Support/Operations.

Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP solutions using ABAP (RICEF objects – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

Good understanding of the SAP upgrades lifecycle is preferred.

Experience in full lifecycle implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and deployment preferred.
Techno-Functional Collaboration

Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements in SD/MM (and ACM – good to have)

Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions

Provide functional insights while ensuring technical feasibility and quality
Support & Operations

Provide L2/L3 support for live SAP environments ensuring stability and issue resolution
-
Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, including performance optimization
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
ITSM & Process Adherence

Work within ITSM frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Ensure adherence to release management, transport, and audit/compliance standards

Collaborate with AMS and cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
