Job Summary:
Shree Varad Construction is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects. The candidate should be able to develop innovative design solutions while ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and plans
- Develop concepts based on client requirements
- Coordinate with civil engineers, site teams, and consultants
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Create 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during execution
- Assist in project planning, material selection, and detailing
- Review and approve drawings, layouts, and design changes
- Maintain project documentation and design records
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1–5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Good understanding of construction processes

Preferred:
- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)
