Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at our project sites. The Site Supervisor will manage workers, monitor site progress, ensure safety compliance, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction site activities and workers.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project plans.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager or engineer.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow site safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship on site.
- Maintain site records including labour attendance, materials, and daily progress.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
