We're Hiring – Business Development Executive (US Shift)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Are you passionate about international business development and B2B sales? We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and client engagement with manufacturing companies across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B cold calling to US-based manufacturing companies, OEMs, and procurement teams.
- Generate qualified leads for precision components, castings, machining, tooling, and manufacturing services.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal engineering and production teams.
- Prepare and share quotations, company profiles, capability presentations, and technical documents.
- Maintain and update CRM with daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients.
- Support the sales team in RFQ handling, documentation, and proposal submissions.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- ✔ International Calling✔ B2B Sales✔ Manufacturing / Engineering Sales Export Business Development (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, fabrication, and tooling will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. What We're Looking For:
