A fast-growing Shipping & Logistics company is looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.
Position: Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end shipping operations including import & export shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, customers, and internal teams.
- Manage booking confirmations, documentation, and shipment execution.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
- Ensure smooth cargo movement from origin to destination.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain proper records and operational reports.
- Support compliance with shipping procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Shipping / NVOCC / Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures.
- Experience in coordination with shipping lines and overseas agents.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple shipments.
- Mumbai / India market experience preferred.
