Position: PMC Engineer / Project Manager – Construction Operations
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in PMC, construction project management, or turnkey project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor quality, cost, timelines, and site progress.
- Review drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site meetings and resolve execution issues.
- Ensure transparency and smooth coordination between all stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and client communication.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, interiors, MEP, and finishing works.
- Experience handling multiple projects.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to control contractors and ensure timely delivery.
This person will act as the bridge between your company and the client's project, ensuring that the package you sell is executed effectively and professionally.
Pay: ₹23,508.83 - ₹40,000.00 per month
