Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence and documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
