Position Overview
We are seeking an Production Support Engineer to support and enhance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with secure file transfer tools, certificate management, ITSM platforms, SaaS support, and strong communication skills—including professional email writing and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support features for SaaS applications.
Integrate and manage secure file transfer solutions (e.g., Tectia or similar SFTP/SSH tools).
Perform certificate management tasks, including updates and maintenance for mTLS and other security protocols.
Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms (such as ServiceNow or similar) for incident tracking, change management, and request fulfillment.
Provide operational and technical support for SaaS applications, ensuring reliability and performance.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, implement solutions, and coordinate activities.
Prepare and maintain documentation for application processes, integrations, and operational procedures.
Compose clear, professional, and effective emails for both internal and external communications.
Participate in audits, compliance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience developing and supporting SaaS applications.
Working knowledge of secure file transfer solutions (SFTP, SSH, or similar tools).
Demonstrated ability to manage and update digital certificates (including mTLS).
Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or equivalent).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email writing.
Ability to interact effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams within the bank.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
