Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the operations team.
- Monitor daily workflows and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain process standards.
- Track team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze key metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations or Team Management.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of quality control and process monitoring.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Computer Science background is an added advantage.
