Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal sales and support teams through online collaboration tools.
- Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Stable internet connection and a laptop/desktop are preferred.
