About the Role
BlackCode is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive (IT Sales) / Sales Trainer who can generate business, close IT projects, and mentor junior sales team members.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT sales, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to train and guide sales professionals.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Sales.
- Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR.
- Strong experience in selling one or more of the following:
- Website Development
- E-Commerce Solutions
- ERP Software
- CRM Software
- Custom Software Development
- Mobile App Development
- SEO Services
- Digital Marketing Services
- SaaS Products
- Business Automation Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and business outreach.
- Identify and approach startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Present BlackCode's services and solutions professionally.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Train and mentor junior BDEs and sales executives.
- Assist team members in improving sales performance and conversions.
- Develop sales strategies and lead generation processes.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Ability to independently handle the complete sales cycle.
- Experience in B2B IT Services sales.
- Team training or mentoring experience preferred.
Salary & Commission
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Commission Based
Commission Structure:
- 10% Commission on self-generated and closed projects.
- 5% Commission on projects closed by team members where active support, training, meetings, proposal preparation, or closing assistance was provided.
No limit on commission earnings.
