Senior Accountant
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Experience
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- At least 7 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is preferred.
- Experience in handling hospital billing, insurance/TPA accounts, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Salary
- ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and current CTC).
Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor daily revenue from OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and other departments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and TPA payments.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, payroll, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor inventory and fixed asset accounting.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure compliance with hospital financial policies.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
