Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the finance team in strategic decision-making. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
- Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliance
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualification & Skills:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred)
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP/QuickBooks/MS Excel)
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
