We're into HRMS Software, Whose having working experience like Keka HR, Darwin Box, PagarBook, GreytHR, Hubspot, Zoho are mostly welcome.
> Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
> Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer behavior's and preferences
> Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
> Lead, mentor and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, Digital Marketing, operations etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and a seamless customer experience.
> Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
> Provide insights to inform product/service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
> Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
> Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
> Adapt marketing plans as needed based on changing market dynamics and business goals.
> Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals
> Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
> Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
> Close sales and ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.
> Post-Sales Support
> Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
> Follow up for feedback and resolve customer issues or complaints.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
