BeastDrive is a fast-growing adventure and fitness event company organizing obstacle races and high-energy endurance challenges across South India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Telugu-speaking Sales Caller who can connect with potential participants, explain event details, and drive registrations for BeastDrive races.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and interested participants
- Explain event details, benefits, and pricing in Telugu
- Assist customers with registration and payment process
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed registrations
- Handle queries and objections effectively
- Maintain daily call records and sales reports
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead flow
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu (mandatory)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
- Prior telesales experience is a plus
Work Details
- 6 days working
- Work Locations Available: BTM / HSR Layout / Koramangala / Hosur Road / Kudlu Gate
- Day shift (as per business requirements)
