The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site execution activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This is a fully in-person, site-based role requiring daily presence at the project location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day on-site execution activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workforce
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control
- Manage materials, fittings, and site inventory efficiently
- Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Assist in project handover and completion activities
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in site execution work preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be willing to work full-time in-person at project sites
